(3) "District" means a zoning district as established in the County Zoning Code. <br /> Zoning districts shall be divided into two major categories, "residential" and <br /> "other." <br /> (A) "Residential district" includes the following districts: <br /> (i) RS, single-family residential district; and <br /> (ii) RD, double-family residential district. <br /> (B) "Other district" includes the following districts: <br /> (i) RM, multiple-family residential district; <br /> (ii) RCX, residential commercial mixed district; <br /> (iii) RA, residential and agricultural district; <br /> (iv) FA, family agricultural district; <br /> (v) A, agricultural district; <br /> (vi) IA, intensive agricultural district; <br /> (vii) V, resort-hotel district; <br /> (viii) CN, neighborhood commercial district; <br /> (ix) CG, general commercial district; <br /> (x) CV, village commercial district; <br /> (xi) MCX, industrial commercial mixed district; <br /> (xii) ML, limited industrial district; <br /> (xiii) MG, general industrial district; and <br /> (xiv) O, open district. <br /> (4) "Lot" means a building site or a parcel of land with an assigned tax map key <br /> number. <br /> <br /> (5) "Person" or words importing persons, for instance, "another," "others," "any," <br /> "anyone," "anybody," and the like signify not only individuals, but corporations, <br /> firms, associations, societies, communities, assemblies, inhabitants of a district, or <br /> 5 <br /> <br />
