General definitions. <br /> <br /> (a) As used in this chapter unless otherwise specified: <br /> (1) "business establishment" means a single commercial enterprise. <br /> (2) "Chief engineer" means the chief engineer of the county department of public <br /> works or the chief engineer's duly authorized representative. <br /> (3) "District" means a zoning district as established in the County Zoning Code. <br /> Zoning districts shall be divided into two major categories, "residential" and <br /> "other." <br /> (A) "Residential district" includes the following districts: <br /> (i) RS, single-family residential district; and <br /> (ii) RD, double-family residential district. <br /> (B) "Other district" includes the following districts: <br /> (i) RM, multiple-family residential district; <br /> (ii) RCX, residential commercial mixed district; <br /> (iii) RA, residential and agricultural district; <br /> (iv) FA, family agricultural district; <br /> (v) A, agricultural district; <br /> (vi) IA, intensive agricultural district; <br /> (vii) V, resort-hotel district; <br /> (viii) CN, neighborhood commercial district; <br /> (ix) CG, general commercial district; <br /> (x) CV, village commercial district; <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
