Mr. Fake and staff to come up with a <br />Draft 3. <br />Although the Planning Commission recommended a favorable consideration tier the change of <br />zone request, in their October 19. 2001 communication to the Planning Director, they <br />recommended that he rc-evaluate the proposed B-13 General Plan amendment "as identified on <br />S. Hilo-3 LUPAG Map. the proposed designation trom Low and Medium Density Urban to High <br />Density Urban, in light of Ilooding concerns." <br />Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the intent and purpose of E3ill No. 17.
