In this letter. <br />Mr. McClure reports that the amendment proposed in Bill No. 96 will improve overall tratlic <br />salcty along Kawaihac Road and is supported by the South Kohala Traffic Safety Committee. <br />The purpose of Bill No. 96 is to amend Chapter 24, relating to Vehicles and 'I~raliic, Article I U, <br />Division 1, Section 24-256_ Scheduled (30 mile per hour IimiU. Suhscction (c) Kohala.
