Chapter 35 (Coning Code) <br />of the Hawaii County Code. by changing the district classitication tier approximately 7.315 acres <br />of land f"rom an Agricultural (A-.;a) to a Residential and Agricultural (RA-1 a) zoned disU~ict. <br />I~hc somewhat rectangular-shaped suhject property. owned in fee byhabumoto llriu_ I.LC_ is <br />located on the makai side of Mamalahoa I lighway. approximatcl} 150 feet northwest of the <br />ti1amalahoa Highway-Kaloko I)ri~c intersection. l"he applicant is the managing member of the <br />group.
