No. 414Bi11 No. 183 <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Ilawai'i County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 183, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 183, transmitted by Council Chair James Y.
