It reminded me <br /> that, although we received a reply from the Water Dept., there <br /> has been no response from Public Works. Also, that eight years <br /> really has elapsed (through no fault of ours), and I haven't <br /> even had any fun doing this. <br /> As mentioned in my previous letter to Mr. Yanabu, Kamaoa road <br /> is in the process of being fully improved by the County with <br /> designated gas tax revenues.
