We need to secure topographic data of the roadway and the <br /> adjacent area. <br /> <br /> It may become necessary or expedient during the surveying process to <br /> remove obstruction to sight such as trees, plants or other growth in <br /> order to secure the topographic data. <br /> We request permission to enter upon the above described property and to <br /> remove the aforementioned obstructions deemed necessary by the County <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The County shall keep the above-described premises in a good and safe <br /> condition and will exercise its rights granted herein in such mariner <br /> as to occasion the least possible interference or interruption with <br /> the use by the Owner of the owner's lands adjacent thereto. <br /> 2. The County shall indemnify, save harmless and defend the Owner from <br /> all claims and demands for loss or damage to property or injury to or <br /> death of persons caused by or resulting from the negligence of the <br /> County in the exercise of its rights granted herein. <br /> <br /> 3. The County shall not make or suffer any waste or strip or unlawful, <br /> improper or offensive use of the described premises. <br /> 4.
