William "I'akaba, Director of Finance, explained that when the request first came, in it was a list <br />of the physical requirements of the Section (i.e., number of desks, counter space, break room, <br />etc.,). and what was available at the time was 2,000 square feet The administration came to the <br />council for 2,000 square feet because that is what was available at the time and without drawing <br />it to scale, they felt that 2,000 square feet would be adequate.
