COMMISSION oN nwmRNEr COMMERCE. <br /> <br /> 4 (a) ESTABLLSIIIaxT of CobtnusgioN.-There is es- <br /> <br /> 5 tablished a commission to be known as the Commission <br /> <br /> 6 on Internet Commerce, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> 7 "Commission". The Commission shall- <br /> <br /> 8 (1) be composed of 29 members, including the <br /> <br /> 9 Chairman, in accordance with subsection (b); and <br /> 10 (2) conduct its business in accordance with the <br /> <br /> 11 provisions of this Act. <br /> <br /> 12 (b) MEMBEBS1nP.- <br /> <br /> 13 (1) IN GE-vERAL.-The Commissioners shall <br /> 14 serve for the life of the Commission.
