Tentative <br /> Approval was granted on May 23, 1992, thus, Final <br /> Subdivision Approval was supposed to have been issued prior <br /> to May 23, 1993. The applicant's failure to obtain Final <br /> Subdivision Approval by May 23, 1993 resulted in the <br /> Subdivision Application 91-168 being declared null and void <br /> on February 9, 1994.
