Specifically, the County Council's Committee on Planning <br /> referred Bill No. 52 and related communications back to the Planning Department to amend <br /> the title and content, to request updated agency information and comments, and for review by <br /> the Planning Commission. The property is located on the west side of the Old Mamalahoa <br /> Highway, approximately 1,200 feet from the Kahoa Street and Kulana Street intersection, <br /> Paukaa, South Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> <br /> The Commission concurred with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> <br /> Granting of the time extension would not be contrary to the General Plan or <br /> Zoning Code.
