Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275, schedule 23 (Bus stop <br /> locations), paragraph (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as <br /> <br /> amended), is amended by repealing and deleting subparagraph (5), as follows, with the <br /> remaining clauses to be appropriately numbered: <br /> side, ' miaag from u 1.rV <br /> Puna of U 1-Street and-extenamgin the Puna dire fie f" <br /> distanee of ninety five feet, f e 6.00 to 6100 i,,renda , <br /> thfough Saturday.]" <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br /> material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
