Land Ownership: Star Markets, Ltd is the fee owner of the subject property. <br /> <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 2. Request: The owners, would like to subdivide the property into two (2) lots of <br /> <br /> approximately 10-acres each. The application is for 20.294 acres, at the 3080' <br /> elevation to be reclassified from A-20a to A-10a. <br /> <br /> 3. Objectives: "The owner wishes to subdivide the property into two 10-acre parcels to <br /> increase the potential of the property and yet in keeping with the policies established by <br /> <br /> the County Council to preserve the character of the land and protect and maintain as <br /> much as possible the naturally forested areas." <br /> <br /> 4.
