The property is located in the Kaloko Mauka Subdivision <br /> on the north side of Kaloko Drive at approximately the 2,520 foot elevation, Kaloko, North <br /> <br /> Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-3-25:12. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> <br /> 1. Land Ownership: Star Markets, Ltd. is the fee owner of the subject property. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> 2. Request: The owners, would like to subdivide the property into six (6) lots of <br /> <br /> approximately 3-acres each. The application is for 21.353 acres, at the 2,520 foot <br /> elevation to be reclassified from A-20a to FA-3a. <br /> <br /> 3. Objectives: "The owner wishes to subdivide the property into 3-acre lots to increase <br /> the potential of the property and yet in keeping with the policies established by the <br /> <br /> County Council to preserve the character of the land and protect and maintain as much <br /> as possible the naturally forested areas." <br /> <br /> 4.
