As explained in the following findings, the petition must contain 7,346 <br /> valid signatures to be deemed valid. The petition is deemed to contained 6,876 signatures of <br /> <br /> qualified voters of the County. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Section 11-5(a) & (b), Article XI, Hawaii County Charter, the following <br /> <br /> findings, which will be presented to the committee as outlined herein, show the particulars <br /> wherein the petition is not sufficient.
