Land Values; The appraised market value of the property as of October 2008 is <br />more or less $600,000.00. <br />SURROUNDING LANDS <br />26. Land Use: Land uses in the vicinity aze a mix of residential and commercial <br />uses. A wide variety of land uses is within 1/2 mile radius of the subject <br />property, such as churches, gas stations, restaurants, convenience stores, <br />financial institutions, government offices, light industrial and residential uses. <br />27.
