The Applicant is seeking favorable approval of a State Land <br /> Use Boundary Amendment from Agricultural to Urban, and a change of zone from an <br /> Agricultural -5 acres (A-5a) to Single Family Residential - 7,500 square foot (RS-7.5), and a <br /> Special Management Area Use Permit to allow the development of a 65-lot single family <br /> residential subdivision and related improvements, (hereinafter " Project") for 11.054 acres for the <br /> above referenced tax map key. <br /> The Applicant is aware of Resolution 529-08 calling for a temporary delay of Council <br /> actions on rezoning applications until the Kona Community Development Plan (Kona CDP) is <br /> adopted or December 1, 2008, whichever shall occur first.
