TERM OF CONTRACT. <br /> <br /> This contract shall be in effect for the period from <br /> <br /> July 1, 1298 to and including June 30 1999 <br /> unless this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> C. PERFORMANCE REOUTREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> <br /> 1. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br /> forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br /> <br /> guidelines, including but not limited to Bureau of Justice <br /> <br /> Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Law Enforcement <br /> Assistance Formula Grant Program Guidance, and Office of Management <br /> <br /> and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the office of <br /> <br /> Justice Programs' financial manual entitled "Financial Guide." <br /> <br /> 2. If so required by Agency, Grantee shall certify <br /> to Agency that any expendable or non-expendable personal property <br /> <br /> purchased or acquired with funds received under this Contract will <br /> <br /> be used for criminal justice purposes before title in such property <br /> <br /> may vest in Grantee. If a certification is not provided by <br /> Grantee, title to any personal property purchased or acquired with <br /> <br /> funds received under this Contract shall vest in Agency. <br /> <br /> 3. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution of <br /> this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee shall complete, <br /> <br /> execute and submit to Agency a Certification Regarding Drug-Free <br /> <br /> Workplace Requirements which meets the requirements of the Drug <br /> <br /> 7 <br />
