All information, data, or other material <br /> provided by the Grantee or the Agency shall be kept confidential <br /> <br /> only to the extent permitted by law. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> K. COPYRIGHT AND PATENT. <br /> <br /> The Agency shall have complete ownership of all <br /> <br /> material, both finished and unfinished, which is developed, <br /> prepared, assembled, or conceived by the Grantee pursuant to this <br /> <br /> Contract, and all such material shall be considered "works made for <br /> <br /> hire". No summary, report, map, chart, graph, table, study or <br /> <br /> other documents or discovery, invention, or development produced in <br /> <br /> whole or in part with funds made available under this Contract <br /> <br /> shall be the subject of an application for copyright or patent by <br /> or on behalf of Grantee, its officers, agents, or its employees, or <br /> <br /> its subcontractors without prior written authorization from Agency. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> L.
