Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br /> <br /> forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br /> <br /> guidelines, including but not limited to Bureau of Justice <br /> <br /> Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Law Enforcement <br /> <br /> Assistance Formula Grant Program Guidance, and Office of Management <br /> and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the Office of <br /> <br /> Justice Programs' financial manual entitled "Financial Guide." <br /> <br /> 2. If so required by Agency, Grantee shall certify <br /> <br /> to Agency that any expendable or nonexpendable personal property <br /> <br /> purchased or acquired with funds received under this Contract will <br /> 7 <br />
