Activities timetable that corresponds to the initiatives/activities <br />for FY 1999, and defined for FY 2000; <br />f. An inventory of all supplies and equipment purchased with <br />funds furnished under this Agreement. <br />E. The CONTRACTOR shall sign and require any subcontractors to sign <br />EXHIBITS C, D, E, F, and H attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />In addition, the CONTRACTOR shall comply with and insure that all <br />subcontractors will comply with terms and conditions provided in <br />EXHIBIT G, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />F. The CONTRACTOR shall agree to abide by all the Federal regulations as <br />legislated by Public Law 101-508, Omnibus Budget reconciliation Act of <br />1990. <br />G. Upon termination of this Agreement, title to all equipment costing 650 <br />or more purchased with funds provided under this agreement shall be <br />transferred to the STATE at the request of the STATE. <br />H. The CONTRACTOR shall, at the request of the STATE, meet with <br />representatives of the STATE to discuss the progress of this <br />Agreement. <br />AG -Supp (1/98) <br />
