Keller <br /> of Council District 5 to the Hawaii County Transportation <br /> Commission. <br /> Ms. Keller is a 5-year resident of Hawaii and is a registered <br /> nurse. Since 1994 she has been working as a private <br /> practitioner in acupuncture. <br /> <br /> She is a foster parent under the auspices of the Child <br /> Protective Services, and is a volunteer with several community <br /> groups working with the elderly and the disabled.
