NO. 569/BILL NO. 163 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:08 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 569 and <br /> attached Bill No. 163, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 163 is to amend Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 <br /> Edition), relating to Vehicles and Traffic. Section 24-204(a) of the Hawaii County Code states <br /> "The Council shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted". Bill No. 163 <br /> amends the Traffic Code by establishing a schedule for permitted areas for angled parking. <br /> Communication No. 569, is a letter from Chief Engineer Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, dated <br /> November 3, 1997, transmitting a bill amending Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br /> 995 Edition), relating to Vehicles and Traffic.
