COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 161 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 2 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 8, division 2, section 24-204, of the Hawaii County <br />Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended to read as follows: <br />Section 24-204. Angle parking; designation; marking of spaces. <br />(a) The council shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be <br />permitted. <br />(b) It shall be the duty of the County or State highway engineer to mark or <br />sign such areas. <br />U The areas of streets described in section schedule are <br />designated as angle narking permitted areas. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 <br />edition), is amended by adding a new section and schedule to read as follows: <br />Section <br />. Schedule . Angle parking permitted areas.
