NO. 650 / RFiSOLUTION NO. 207 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Flawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 650, and attached <br /> Resolution No. 207, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 207, is to authorize the County of Hawaii, pursuant to Section 21-26 of the <br /> Hawaii County Code, to extend the public sewer at Royal Poinciana Road, located at Holualoa, District of <br /> North Kona, County and State of Flawaii. <br /> Communication No. 650 is a letter from the Chief Engineer, dated December 19, 1997, stating that there is a <br /> surplus of SRF loan funds available tiOnl the Alii Drive Sewer projects. The Department would like to <br /> utilize these funds to further extend the Royal Poinciana project. <br /> Your Committee first discussed Resolution No. 207 on January 6, 199$, at which time the measure was <br /> deferred in order to further address the matter at a community meeting, which would be coordinated by <br /> Council Member Curtis Tyler. <br /> Communication No. 650.01 is a letter from the Chief Engineer, dated February 3, 1998, requesting that <br /> Comm. No. 650 (Res. 206 & 207), be reagendized for consideration.
