NO. 1022/ BILL NO. 316 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 1022, <br /> and attached Bill No. 316, report as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 316 is to amend Chapter 24, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 <br /> Edition), by transferring the reference to Kamaoa Road speed limits (25 miles per hour, 30 miles per <br /> hour, and 40 miles per hour) from Puna to Kau, the correct district.. <br /> Communication No. 1022 is from Deputy Chief Engineer Jiro A.
