COUNTY OF HAWAII ~ STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 316 ORDINANCE NO. 98 131 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, schedule 3 (25 mile per how limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the following item: Kamaoa Road, from Route I 1 to a point 0.4 mile west.] SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, schedule 3 (25 mile per hour limit), subsection (d) Ka'u, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: Karr,ana Road from Route 11 to a point 0.4 mile west. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-256, schedule 4 (30 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the following item: Kamaoa Road, from a point 0.4 mile west of Route 11 for a distance of 2.6 miles towards South Point Road.] SECTION 4. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-256, schedule 4 (30 mile per hour limit), subsection (d) Ka'u, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: jl Ka_maoa Road from a yoint 0 4 mile west of Route 11 for a distance of ~ 5 miles towards South Point Road.
