Public Works and Parks Committee Report <br /> Communication No. 87.02IResolution No. 31 <br /> Page Two <br /> In response to a proposal to defer the discussion, Council Member Chung noted that because the <br /> Council's hands are basically tied regarding this issue, it would not be fair to heighten the <br /> community's expectations that the Council might reject some of these projects.
