Chung, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> <br /> RE: Attached Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into an Agreement for <br /> a Victims of Crime Act Grant. <br /> <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of <br /> Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to Resolution No. 326 , authorizing <br /> the Mayor to enter into an agreement for a Victims of Crime Act Grant. Funds from this <br /> grant will be utilized to assist victims of crime through the judicial process, waiving said <br /> Resolution from the Committee in order that appropriate action be taken by the Council at <br /> its next meeting. <br /> <br /> In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such waiver be granted. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 90~1 <br /> Aaron S.
