Benefits 60,000 A motion was made by Council Member Bob Jacobson with Communication No. 1336.1, and seconded by Council Member Brenda Ford, to amend Section 2 of Bill 329, by deleting account number(s) 095.121.5129.42, Geothermal Finance OCE; 095.281.5282.02, Geothermal Public Works OCE; and 095.500.5556.02, Geothermal Parks and Recreation OCE including related amounts. The motion failed by a 4-5 vote by the eight Members in attendance. Council Members Mr. Hoffinann and Mr. Higa requested the appearance of Planning Director Christopher Yuen when this measure is heard at the next Council meeting scheduled for August 13, 2008 to provide clarification of approval for the use of said funds.
