The property is located adjacent <br /> to and on the east side of the Crossroads project, approximately 180 feet east of Henry Street, <br /> <br /> Lanihau 2nd and Moeauoa 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-5-3: Portions of 6 & 7. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> <br /> 1. Land Ownership: Hawaiian Development Corporation is the owner of the subject <br /> property. <br /> <br /> 2. June 22, 1998: The State Land Use Commission approved with conditions a portion, <br /> approximately 432.91 acres of land, of the County of Hawaii's petitioned area of <br /> <br /> 955.78 acres for a State Land Use Boundary Amendment from Agricultural to Urban <br /> <br /> District. The subject parcels 6 and 7, consisting of a total of 137.91 acres, are a <br /> portion of the reclassified Urban district. (See Exhibit A - Conditions of Decision <br /> <br /> and Order) <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> 3. Request: The applicant is proposing a master planned commercial development. <br /> 4. Objectives: "The need for urban expansion and further commercial development has <br /> <br /> been evaluated in the formulation of the proposed project.
