Potential users <br /> <br /> include large retail outlets, specialty shops, restaurants, offices, theaters, day care <br /> <br /> center and other community service facilities. It is envisioned that commercial 'pads' <br /> will be provided for lease or sale according to the Preliminary Subdivision Plan. <br /> <br /> "The plan is organized on a circulation system that provides for efficient ingress and <br /> egress to all use areas and relates to the long-range circulation plans for the property. <br /> <br /> Although specific plans for the applicant's property mauka of the project site have not <br /> been developed at this time, future development in the remaining portions of the <br /> <br /> M6hala project will consist primarily of residential uses. The circulation configuration <br /> for the project site is based on a preliminary plan which is expected to be updated over <br /> <br /> time as more detailed site information and program information of the specific uses are <br /> known." <br /> <br /> 5.
