Current status of deficiencies cited in previous inspection reports: <br /> <br /> Deficiencies that were noted in the previous inspection are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The annual certification of the crane and hoist at the facility had <br /> expired; <br /> Certification of the crane and hoist were done on 8/14/97. <br /> 2. Three violations of the NPDES effluent pH minimum limit. <br /> No violations of the NPDES permit since 2197. <br /> <br /> 2. NPDES Permit Status: <br /> Permit Expiration Date: June 30, 1996 <br /> <br /> The facility's NPDES permit No. HI 0021113 was administratively extended <br /> by the Clean Water Branch on September 23, 1996. <br /> <br /> 3. Enforcement Action: <br /> None. <br /> <br /> 4. Capacity Analysis: <br /> <br /> Average flow: 0.087 MGD (For the period 711197 to 6130198) <br /> Design Flow: 0.350 MGD; Percent of design capacity: 25% <br /> Previous year's comparison: There was a decrease of 0.012 MGD from the <br /> previous year's average of 0.099 MGD. <br /> <br /> 5.
