The zoning <br /> pattern in the vicinity is a mixture of Agricultural-I acre (A- I a) and Agricultural-5 acre (A-5). <br /> Access to the site is off Mamalahoa Highway, atwo-lane County roadway with a pavement width of 20 <br /> feet within a 40-foot right-of-way. <br /> All essential utilities and services are available to the subject property.
