The subject parcel is located on the south side of <br />Puualaea Homestead Road, directly across IGlau Subdivision in the City of Laupahoehoe. <br />if approved, the applicant wishes to subdivide the site into 21ots, ranging between 10,000 <br />to 11,000 square feet. Most of the surrounding azea has developed into residential subdivisions. <br />Pursuant to the submitted requirements, please find enclosed the following: <br />a. Original and twenty (20) copies of the application form, department <br />questionnaire, and environmental report which includes the location and proposed <br />site plans; and <br />b. The processing Cee of $550.00, a 2'x 3' copy of the site plan, [ax cleazance form, a <br />list of surrounding property owners within 300 feet of the subject parcel, the <br />metes and bounds description, and a deed reflecting the applicant's ownership in <br />the subject property. <br />The required notices to surrounding property owners informing them of this application <br />will be mailed within 10 days of the date of this letter If there are questions relating to this <br />application, please feel free to direct them to me.
