Chapter 14, article I, section 14-2(a)(2), Hawaii County Code 1983 (?005 Edition, as amended), is amended to add the Old Kona Airport Park picnic pavilions and Events Pavilion to the list of areas requiring permits for intoxicating liquors between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Section 14-2(a)(2), is amended by adding a new subparagraph to be appropriately enumerated and inserted, and to read as follows: "O Old Kona Airport Park picnic pavilions and Events Pavilion excluding the runway and areas surrounding the runway, Pawai Bay. and the park area at the end of the runway." SECTION 2. Chapter 15 (Parks and Recreation), article 8, section 15-6R.1,'i-lawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following lacility to the Parks- Kona, parks and recreational facilities schedule, to be appropriately inserted and to read as Follows: "Old Kona Airport Park" SECTION 3. Sevcrability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. SECTION 4. Materials to be repealed are bracketed and stricken. I~'ew material is underscored. In printing this erdinance; the brackets, bracketed materials, and underscoring need not be included.
