COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 327 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 14-2(a) ANll <br />CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 8, SECTION 15-68.1, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE OLD KONA AIRPORT PARK. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 14, article 1, section 14-2(a)(2), Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 <br />Edition, as amended), is amended to add the Old Kona Airport Park picnic pavilions and Events <br />Pavilion to the list of areas requiring permits for intoxicating liquors between the hours of 10:00 <br />a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Section 14-2(a)(2), is amended by adding a new subparagraph to be <br />appropriately enumerated and inserted, and to read as follows: <br />"~) Old Kona Airport Park picnic pavilions and Events Pavilion excluding_the <br />runway and areas surrounding the runway, Pawai Bay and the park area at the end of <br />the runway.'' <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 15 (Parks and Recreation), article 8, section 15-68.1, Hawaii County <br />Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following facility to the Parks- <br />Kona, parks and recreational facilities schedule, to be appropriately inserted and to read as follows: <br />"Old Kona Airport Park" <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to <br />any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br />and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />SECTION 4. Materials to be repealed are bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed materials, and underscoring need <br />not be included. <br />
