REQUEST: <br />Edwin Taira <br />PHONE: <br />961-8379 <br />Amend Ordinance 08-78, the Operating Budget, to appropriate funds that Councilwoman Naeole is <br />requesting to be transferred, by resolution, from the Council contingency relief funds to the Housirig Fund. <br />The bill is needed to appropriate the funds from the Housing fund to the proper expenditure account. <br />$10,000.00 for the Hawaii Island Food Bank-District 5 (The Food Basket Inc) - 152.461.5466.47-115 <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED)' <br />The Resolution being presented to the Council concurently with this request asks to transfer $10,000.00 out of the General Fund's <br />Council District 5 Contingency Relief account to the Housing Fund. The OHCD now needs to amend Ord 08-78.
