Angel Pilago that funds will be transferred from his allocation of the Council's contingency <br /> relief account to the Solid Waste Fund in a forthcoming resolution to Council. This resolution will <br /> transfer a total of $2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services Contingency Relief account to the Transfer <br /> to Solid Waste Fund account for the Kona Outdoor Circle's Green Lei Project.
