If so required by Agency, Grantee shall <br />certify to Agency that any expendable or nonexpendable personal <br />property purchased or acquired with funds received under this <br />Contract will be used for criminal justice purposes before <br />title in such property may vest in Grantee. If a certification <br />is not provided by Grantee, title to any personal property <br />purchased or acquired with funds received under this Contract <br />shall-- vest. in :Agency.. and such personal property._sha11- -be:..,...- <br />delivered to the Agency in good working order upon expiration <br />or sooner termination of this Contract. <br />3.
