Prior to, or concurrently with the <br />execution of this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee <br />shall complete, execute and submit to Agency a Certification <br />Regarding Lobbying, hereinafter referred to as the "Lobbying <br />Certification", and any subsequent disclosure forms required <br />under Section 1352, Title 31 U. S. C. A copy of the Lobbying <br />Certification shall be included in Part IV of the Application <br />for Grant.
