The Grantee also is responsible <br />for obtaining all licenses, permits and certificates that may <br />be required in order to perform this Contract. <br />2. This section shall not be enforced if <br />Grantee is an agency of the State of Hawaii. <br />G. COMPENSATION. <br />1.
