COPYRIGHT AND PATENT. <br />The Agency shall have complete ownership of all <br />material, both finished and unfinished, which is developed, <br />prepared, assembled, or conceived by the Grantee pursuant to <br />this Contract, and all such material shall be considered "works <br />made for hire". No summary, report, map, chart, graph, table, <br />study or other documents or discovery, invention, or <br />development produced in whole or in part with funds made <br />available under this Contract shall be the subject of an <br />application for copyright or patent by or on behalf of Grantee, <br />its officers, agents, or its employees, or its subcontractors <br />without prior written authorization from Agency. <br />- - - L: - MODIFICATION.~~OF CONTRACT. - --;.w. <br />Any modification, alteration, amendment, or <br />change to this Contract other than to the "Application For <br />Grant" (attached hereto as part of Exhibit "A") or to the <br />period during which this Contract is in effect in Section B, <br />including incrsases• (subject to the availability of :funds-}~ or <>-t~• <br />decreases in the amount of compensation, permitted in this <br />Contract shall be made by written supplemental agreement to <br />this Contract and executed by Grantee and the Attorney General <br />or the Attorney General's designee.
