No. 1505/Res. No. 777-08 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 777-08, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 777-08, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br />No. 1505, dated October 7, 2008, requesting the abolishment of its Right-of--Way Agent position, number <br />00-4722, and creating a Clerk III position for the Property Management Division within the Finance <br />Department. <br />The duties and responsibilities of the Right-of--Way Agent position are now included in the position <br />description of the Property Management Specialist position.
