REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON PLANNING <br /> DATE: January 7, 1997 Re: C-46 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 1:40 p.m.. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 46 dated December 19, <br /> 1996, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Communication No. 46 is to recommend the appointment of the following <br /> individual as a member of the Hawaii County Boazd of Appeals: <br /> Mr. Harold T. Tanouyc of Hilo, is nominated to fill the vacancy created by the expired <br /> term of Ms. Stephanie Tabbada of Ka'u, for a term ending December 31, 2001. <br /> Mr. Tanouyc has been with Green Point Nurseries, Inc. since 1977 and is currently its <br /> president. He is the auditor of the Church of the Holy Cross and President of the Hilo Y's <br /> Men Club.
