No. 1552/Res. No. 805-08 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 805-08, reports as follows: <br />Resolution No. 805-08, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br />No. 1552, dated October 21, 2008, requests the abolishment a Traffic Technicial II position, and creates <br />an Electronics Technician position within the Department of Public Works. <br />The Department of Public Works is requesting the abolishment of a Traffic Technician II position, <br />number 00-4797, and create an Electronics Technician position for the Traffic Division. After a review <br />of skills and knowledge required for the Traffic Technician II position, along with necessary required <br />training, it was determined that there is a greater need for more technical skills and abilities in the <br />electronics field.
