<br />HPD TRAFFIC INVESTIGATION PROGRAM <br />PAGE 2 <br />Three of the four performance indicators were met during this FFY 2008. The only <br />one that was not attained was the attendance of our Traffic Enforcement Unit's to <br />the Basic and Advanced Crash Reconstruction Classes. The overall goal of reducing <br />traffic fatalities in FFY 2008 was attained. We had 26 traffic fatalities within the <br />County of Hawaii, down from 39 in the previous FFY. <br />
