Bill No. 396 <br />FC 366-01 <br />Page -2- <br />Pursuant to Article X, Section 10-8, paragraph one of the Hawaii County Charter relating to <br />supplemental appropriations, the Mayor shall certify to the County Council and the County <br />Council may amend or make supplemental appropriations for the yeaz up to the amount of <br />available revenues.
