0 <br />O <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br />OF HAWAII that in accordance with Chapter 2, Article 19, Section 2-120 (a)(2) of the <br />Hawaii County Code, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to negotiate a lease <br />with the Center for Independent Living, a nonprofit organization, without notice or <br />appraisal. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the County of Hawaii, is hereby <br />authorized to execute said lease agreement on behalf of the County of Hawaii following <br />its approval by the Council as noted herein. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii shall <br />transmit copies of this resolution to the Department of Finance, the Office of Aging, and <br />to the Center for Independent Living. <br />Dated at Kona ,Hawaii, this 23rd day of January , 2009. <br />INT DUCED BY: <br />(,'~..,~ <br />COUNCIL MEMBE OU OF HAWAII <br />COUNTY COUNCIL <br />County of Hawaii <br />Hilo.
